ARNAUD LEICK
Attorney at the Paris Bar
Arnaud LEICK is an attorney at the Paris Bar.
He pursued his legal studies at University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, where he obtained a Master’s degree in « Judicial Careers and Criminal Science » before passing the Bar exam.
During his training, he followed a training contract in Paris-based notary public Nathalie COUZIGOU-SUHAS’s firm, which particularly specializes in liquidation of matrimonial property.
Before founding, with Valentine DARMOIS, the LEICK & DARMOIS law firm, he practised, as an attorney at the Paris Bar, an activity in counsel and litigation, on issues purporting to parental responsibility and custody as well as patrimonial and assets-related issues, in the MULON ASSOCIES law firm.
He is regularly published in specialized family and patrimonial law journals such as the « Gazette du Palais » and « Divorce de DallozPratique[s].».
He is a lecturer at the Paris Bar training school (EFB) on family law-related criminal law, where he trains future attorneys at the Paris Bar.
He gives conferences at the Family Commission of the Paris Bar, on technical issues related to the liquidation of matrimonial property.
VALENTINE DARMOIS
Attorney at the Paris Bar
She spent part of her childhood in the United States, where she learned English, which she speaks, write and reads fluently.
She then attended law school in London (UK), in King’s College London (KCL), where she obtained an LLB in English Law and French law, then earned a Master’s Degree in French law and English law in University Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne, in Paris.
She then earned a second Master’s Degree in International Private Law and International Trade in University Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne, under the supervision of Pr. Vincent Heuzé.
She passed the Paris Bar in 2011 and followed her six-month internship in the Litigation department of the Franco-American law firm SALANS, which merged with DENTON to become DENTONS.
She practised as a lawyer in the MULON ASSOCIES law firm during five years, where she gained expertise in counseling and litigation, mainly on international and/ or patrimonial family law issues. She publishes regularly caselaw reviews in the legal journal “Gazette du Palais”.
She trains lawyer students at the Paris Bar training school (the « Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB) ») both in internal and international family law.
She is a speaker for conferences within the “Family Commission » at the Paris Bar and at the “Etats Generaux du Droit de la famille”, on internal and international family law topics.
ELENA MASLON
Attorney at the Paris Bar
Elena MASLON studied law at the University of Bordeaux and obtained a Master II in Personal and Family Law directed by Adeline Gouttenoire.
During her studies, she worked in a bailiff's office in Bordeaux, where she became familiar with enforcement procedures. After obtaining her Master II degree, and before joining the bar, she was a lecturer in personal and family law at the University of Bordeaux. She also did an internship in a general law firm.
During her training as a student lawyer, Elena joined the Office of Personal and Family Law of the Directorate of Civil Affairs and Seals (DACS) within the Ministry of Justice.
After completing her final internship in a Parisian law firm specialising in international and domestic family law, Elena joined LEICK & DARMOIS in July 2021.
She works in French and English.

ELENA MASLON
Jurist
Margot LE GUEN studied Law at the University of Brest, where she earned her Bachelor’s in law, then at the University of Laval in Quebec, where she earned a Master’s degree in "Private Law".
She continued her studies at the University Panthéon-Assas, in Paris, and obtained two Masters’ Degrees, the first in "General Private Law" and the second in "International Private Law and International Trade".
During her training in Law school, Margot joined the firm of Mrs. Nathalie COUZIGOU-SUHAS, Notary in Paris, specialized in liquidation of matrimonial regimes. She then did an internship in the Family Court in Paris.
She did her last internship in a Parisian law firm, specialised in national and international family law.
Margot joined LEICK & DARMOIS law firm in July 2021.
She works in French and English.
