FEES

Foreseeability.

We are aware of how important it is for our fees to be as foreseeable and are committed to being fully transparent, depending on the work that was made in your interest.

We will therefore expose our billing plans, when opening your file, after you’ll have explained your situation. We’ll take into consideration the specifics of your case, the work that will entail, as well as your personal situation.

Billing plans.

We prefer to bill on a time-spent basis, because this guarantees how much we deal with the work that we provide.

Transparency.

We will inform you, in accordance with our professional obligations, from the moment we open your case, of the ways our fees will be computed. We will inform you regularly of their amount, by providing you with a detailed statement of the work done in your file, in order to reassure you regarding the accordance between the fees billed to you and the work done in order to defend your interests.

The first meeting.

We will always ask you to pay for the first meeting set with one of the lawyers of the firm, although you obviously are under no obligation to choose us to assist and represent you after this meeting. We do this because the first meeting is the opportunity, for us, to start providing you with precise legal information and advice on what your rights and obligations are, and the best appropriate strategy to adopt given the situation that you are in. 

The rate of the first meeting will always be mentioned when you book an appointment with the firm.
