Valentine Darmois will co-hold a conference alongside Alice Meier Bourdeau, Carole Nuguet and François Tremosa on Successions and transmissions in the international family during the Annual Conference on Family Law and Successions, that will take place in Paris on January 25th and 26th, 2019.

We will be talking about estate planning for international families, both on a civil and a tax standpoint, notably since the entry into force of the European Regulation on matrimonial property, which completes the existing UE Regulation on successions.
