The majority of people in relationships now live together without getting married. Quite often, we do not also measure the financial and patrimonial consequences living together without being married and think – mistakenly – that living unmarried does not grant any legal protection whatsoever.
And actually, if unmarried couples are not subjected to the full range of rights and obligations that marriage creates, the consequences of their separation are usually the same, since, on top of the fact that they have children too, they often have as much financial interests to divide than married couples.
We will assist you in drafting a partnership agreement convention, in order to allow you to organize your rights and obligations one towards the other, including when you are planning to acquire real estate property or when your children are born.
